Wordless Wednesday - What I want to be when I grow up...

When my daughter told me that instead of an actress, she wanted to make cakes, I jumped on it! We made our own marshmallow fondant and this is her first fancy cake! It looks like her career as a cake decorator is starting off wonderfully!

Good for her! Do you ever watch the cooking channell (Food Network)? They have a ton of cake decorating shows. My daugther loves them, especially Challenge. :)

She's got talent. You should have her watch or record the Cake Boss, Amazing Wedding Cakes etc. on the Food Channel. I love watching this show on the week-ends. The cakes are awesome. This show could inspire her.

OK Amber, I am going to leave a comment ...I know you are the one who made the cake ... you know I think your cake is totally awesome because we discussed all the details. And I cannot even make a regular sheet cake! The cake is beautiful and I want a taste test next time!
